Swirly Banner Heart

The swirls form the shape of a heart. In the middle of the heart surrounded by swirls is the banner, perfect for customization! Two versions included, one where the swirls are attached to the banner. The second version the swirls are not attached to the banner allowing the banner to be a different color from the swirls. Use the heart background and swirls or just the swirls!
